Book Bites- Book Discussions: An evening with new friends, good food and fellow book lovers. This book group is filled with laughter, is low key and very laid back. You’ll leave wondering why you never joined us before.
Duct Tape Derby: We love thinking outside of the box! In this case, we actually decided to use them for a super fun Community event.
Halloween Trick or Treat Story Time: Each year we host a Halloween Open House for the families of our community with crafts, trick-or-treating, and a “spooktackular” story time.
Local Author Visits: Like most communities, We have hosted a number of writers who were born, worked, or continue to live here in Vermont. Our little library is proud to feature these local authors, whether they have one slim volume or numerous books to their name.
Perennial Swap: Every May, members of the community dig up their overgrown perennials and bring them to swap with their friends and neighbors. This annual tradition is held in memory of Norm Lavallee
Harvest Festival: Held in October, this event celebrates our communities agricultural history and allows children to get up close and personal with tractors, listen to harvest-themed stories, and paint some pumpkins.
