Memorial Day Parade
Meet at the Library at 10:30AM. Line up is at 11:00AM
Walk with us in the Memorial Day Parade. We are going with a space theme to match this year’s Summer Reading which is “A Universe of Stories.”
Don’t have a costume? Join us this Saturday for Parade Costume Build-it Day to create a costume or cover for your wagon or stroller!
19th Annual Norm Lavallee Plant Swap
Saturday 25th 10AM-2PM
Thin out your perennials and come on down! We will have books for sale too! Trade your plants, or if you don’t have plants to trade purchase by making a monetary donation. All proceeds benefit the library.
Comedy for Cause

Are you looking for an idea for date night? Or how about a night of laughter with friends, coworkers, bachelorette/ bachelor party or just something to do on a Friday night? Well look no further because I have the answer!
Please come join the Highgate Library and Community Center for a Comedy for Cause event. This is a fundraiser to support the Summer programs for children and adults of all ages. There are 7 comedians waiting to entertain you. This is an adult show. You can purchase your tickets ($25.00 each) at the Highgate Library and Community Center.
Please welcome comedians: Carrie Rae Shamel, Kathleen Kanz, Cori Marnellos, Melyssa Ardelle, Boom City Improv- Rachael Sherman, Eric Wright, Noel Porter, and Tami Lantz.
